Flexible Packaging & Extrusion Coatings

 

Our range of PP resins cover HPP, ICP, RCP and heat-sealable

Ter-polymer for Blown, Cast or BOPP (both Tenter Frame or Bubble process) with low SIT, for multilayer flexible and metallized films.

We also offer a very clean resin that can be used for IV film/bags. 

 

Other types of Polyolefin available for multi-layer flexible packaging are mLLDPE, LLDPE-C6, LDPE and EBA resins. EBA offers very good hot tack and adhesion, low temperature resistant, superior printability, high-frequency weld-ability and improved hydrolysis resistance.  

 

For extrusion coating, our range covers mLLDPE, HDPE, LDPE,  PP, EMAA and EBA etc. The EMAA offers good adhesion property especially to aluminum foil or metallized films. LDPE 19N430 and EMAA M24N430 are well accepted grade worldwide in the extrusion coatings sector.
