Pressure Pipes

 

PE80 & PE100 compounds are classified according to ISO 4427 for potable water or ISO 4437 for gas pipes & fittings applications. We offer a full range of these material in black, blue, yellow or orange colour, depending on their pressure rating and uses, such as ELTEX ® TUB 121 and ELTEX ® TUB 172. The special molecular structure of our material offers ease of processing and dimensional stability, especially for fittings & valves moldings.

 

Pipes made of PE100-RC material, e.g. ELTEX ® TUB 121 N6000, with its improved stress cracking resistance, are safe to be used in severe conditions, such as no-digging techniques or sandless trench installation.

TUB 123 N6000, a HDPE white compound is also available for the co-extrusion of an external UV protective layer on pressure pipes.  

 

ELTEX ® TUB 220-RT, a natural PE that fulfills type II PE-RT requirement of EN ISO 24033 which can be used for making hot, cold and radiators’ pipes.
